The Deuce Act Of The Week is Southern Soul artist RaRa from London, England.

Dipping into her parents' music collection at a young age and discovering the likes of Aretha, Dusty, Whitney, and Mariah whose voices she aspired to emulate, RaRa's drive to sing has since taken her across the world.  

Having co-wrote with a number of high-profile songwriters who have worked with Amy Winehouse, and Ellie Goulding, the connections RaRa was making saw her head out to Nashville where she recorded with some legendary singers and musicians. 

Upon heading back to London in 2023, RaRa further explored her songwriting talents, the outcome being her new single Sweet Hurricane which has been described as being characterised with dramatic and romantic lyrics.
