Writing music for the blue-collar workers who try hard to do a good job every day, John Albert's lyrics reflect the struggles and the hopes and dreams of the regular guy.

After sending a demo of his material to renowned music producer, Stuart Epps who has worked with the likes of Elton John, Robbie Williams, and Led Zepplin to name but a few, John Albert was thrilled to receive a response from him offering to work with him on the track.

The outcome of the collaboration is the release of his debut single Shot Glass Philosophy.
