The Deuce Act Of The week is Rock singer-songwriter Luna Collins & Strangers In A Strange Land from Manchester, England.

 

US born and now UK based, Luna Collins absorbed the music she grew up on ranging from Motown to Psychedelia going on to form her first band The Relay in San Francisco who went on to support a number of notable acts including Chris Issak.  

In between playing in her band Feet To The Beat which includes The Kinks Ray Davies's daughter and grandson, Luna Collins has recorded a cover of the Bee Gees song from 1968, Lemons Never Forget which also includes the guitarist from the Bee Gees at the time, Vince Melouney and recorded in Manchester, Somerset and San Francisco.
